You can ask us to delete everything we hold from your WhatsApp conversations with Synergy Technologies Inc. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

How to request deletion

Email shane@synergytech.cloud with the subject “Data deletion request”, and include the WhatsApp phone number you messaged us from.

Or send a WhatsApp message to our business number saying “delete my data”.

What happens next

We confirm receipt, normally within two business days.
We may ask one question to confirm the request came from the owner of that number.
We delete the data and confirm in writing, within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted

Your phone number and profile name as stored by us
All message content you sent us — text, images and documents
All voice note and call recordings
All transcripts generated from those recordings
The conversation record itself

What we may keep

We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it — for example a transaction or invoice record needed for tax or accounting purposes. If any of this applies to you we will say so specifically when we confirm the deletion, rather than keeping it silently.

Automatic deletion

Even without a request, audio recordings of voice notes and calls are deleted automatically 90 days after they are received.
